Reverse-IT Mentoring assist organizations with multigenerational workforces in improving job satisfaction and increasing employee engagement. Our Reverse Mentoring Program (ReMP) pairs a younger mentor from Generations X, Y, and Z with an older protégé from the Traditionalist and Baby Boomer generations to solve a challenge or problem.
